Out reach
The youth group will participate in a 30 hour famine on March 6-7, 2009. The 30 hour famine is a time to raise funds to help fight against world hunger in which 29,000 children die everyday. Please pray that our youth will have a heart of compassion for the thousands of children that die of starvation everyday.
Special Project
There will be a celebration for our youth on February 7, 2009. The will be receiving a special surprise from their youth pastors, Brian and Robin Watrous.
Hebrews 12: 1-2
"Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith: who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God".
